Contrary to what you might think, rather than usual flour, this recipe uses oat flour - which is good news for those of us with a bit more of a sensitive stomach!
What you need
- 50g oat flour
- 15g vanilla protein powder
- 1tsp light brown sugar
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 100ml milk/ water
- 1/4tsp vanilla extract
Mix it all together and stick it in the oven at 180 degrees for 16-18 and hey presto.
