The CXi report that looks at customer experience also saw the Passport Office drop 71 places to 87th.
44 per cent of eir customers said the company failed to meet their expectations, and just a quarter of Ryanair's customers said the same.
Also towards the bottom of the pile for customer satisfaction were companies like Irish Water and the Department of Social Protection, both at just 24% approval rating, with Sky going one worse at 23%.

Meanwhile at the other end of the list, coffee companies and pharmacies make up the majority of the top ten, with the Irish Credit Union's topping the list.
