HOW can we survive without it?

What's one of the first things you do in the morning? We can safely bet that making a hot, steamy cup of coffee is high up on that list.
However, a doctor now says it's probably not the best thing to do first thing.
Dr Karan Raj has shared on TikTok the three mistakes that people make every single morning. In at number three, he totally advises against having that cuppa.
In the video, explains that:
"Maximum cortisol is produced between 8 and 9, which naturally wakes you up.
"Drinking coffee between these times means you're not getting the most out of the caffeine's stimulatory effect.
"Instead, save it for when your cortisol dips."
Makes sense!
The other two mistakes he mentions include hitting the snooze button and checking your phone as soon as you wake up.
