We’re being urged to exercise for two and a half hours a week for our heads and our hearts.

The HSE says this should include cardio and strength activities.

Figures show Irish adults spend around 5 hours sitting down every day.

Sarah O’Brien from the HSE says the effects of moving more shouldn’t be underestimated.
