Formula 1 fans are guaranteed a front row seat to the racing, from their very own living room.

Sixty luxury homes are being built overlooking the Silverstone track in the UK.

For 2.2 million euro, owners can watch a race from the couch - as their home will be just 36ft away from the tarmac.

An added perk is that owners are permitted to drive on the British Grand Prix track on weekends when there's no racing scheduled.

You'll also have access to a special clubhouse overlooking the iconic track.

It houses a pool, gym, spa, rooftop terrace, racing simulators, restaurant and bar.

And of course, if you've forked out for one of the properties, you'll get complimentary tickets to all of the circuit’s events, including the Formula 1, along with priority access to the tarmac and expert driver tuition.
