How good would this be?

Spain is trialling out a four day working week.
The Spanish government has agreed to launch a pilot programme for companies interested in the idea.
Late last year, deputy prime minister Pablo Iglesias confirmed the government was looking into it.
Exact details of how the Spanish pilot will be rolled out have yet to be revealed. However, a small leftwing Spanish party Más País have proposed a three-year €50m project, according to The Guardian.
The project would see the costs for companies involved in the trial covered by 100% for the first year. That'd then fall to 50% for the second year and 33% for the third.
The four-day working week concept isn't new. A company in Ireland called the ICE Group has committed to paying its staff the same rate for fewer days.
A four day work week has gained popularity in recent years as a way to increase productivity and improve employees mental health.
