Almost a fifth of Irish people spend more than 5 minutes 'fridge gazing' every day for lunch inspiration.
That equates to a total of almost 16 hours a year, according to a new survey.
86 percent admit to eating the same lunch multiple days in a row when working from home, with over a third even reaching for a bowl of cereal for their midday meal.
