A behavioural scientist says handshakes are no longer a sign of trust, thanks to Covid-19.

Just over a year ago, as a new 'unprecedented' virus began to emerge, we were encouraged to change behaviour that we'd be taking for granted our entire lives.

But now because of concerns over contamination, it's thought the practice of shaking hands could be set to die out.

Last year, head of the USA's Covid-19 Taskforce Dr Anthony Faucci said he doesn't see people ever shaking hands again.

Claire Coogan from Behavior Wise says the sudden change in behaviour shows humans' natural adaptability.
