The secrets to a happy marriage have been revealed.

A new survey shows six meaningful conversations, three long walks, and two rows every month are the recipe for a healthy relationship.

One short break away together, plus two longer holidays every year also helps, according to 2,000 married people surveyed by OnePoll in the UK.

The happiest couples claim they have intimate moments five times a week, kiss up to three times a day, and say "I love you" ten times a week.
