The Wealth Report shows more than 600 homes worth 1 million euro or higher have been sold so far in 2020.
The most expensive location to buy is Dublin, followed by Enniskerry in Co Wicklow.
Bundoran in Donegal and Castlereagh in Roscommon are the only locations in the country where average property prices are below 100,000 euro.
The average asking price nationwide is 264,000 euro.
