No need to wait for summer for that beach holiday.

You'll soon be able to hop on a short flight over to the UK for your beach fix. The best part is, it can be at any time of the year.

An all-weather beach and water park is set to open up in Manchester.

Plans for the €290 million waterpark include 35 water slides, 20 pools and top of the range spa facilities. Manchester Evening News reports that the resort is set to open in 2025, making it the UK's first all-season beach.

Therme Manchester will be located close to the Trafford Centre and plans to have the world's first "living water slides" where guests can slide past stunning plants.

However, the stand out feature is set to be an indoor seaside resort with lapping waves and sand.

New CGI images of the planned resort show an exotic-style beach with palm trees and sun loungers all underneath a huge glass dome.

Building work is set to begin in 2023 with the planned opening of the venue happening two years later in 2025.
