It's leaving people fairly frustrated!
Instagram appears to be down, with people complaining they are unable to use the site as usual.
Users say the news feed won't refresh, and comments can't be posted, while some can't get into the app at all.
People have been rushing to Twitter to check if it's their internet or the app itself:
