Sorry, not sorry.
Have you ever made plans with someone and through no fault of theirs, you regret it immediately?
But then it's too late - you acted excited at the idea of going for breakfast on your one morning off...
And now you just wish you could cuddle up in bed for an extra hour.
Then you get the text - "hey, can we take a rain check, i can't make it anymore".
Hallelujah, you say and roll over for a blissful lie in.
If you've gone through something like this, you're not alone.
In fact, a recent survey has found that 6/10 of us have felt pure glee at cancelled plans.
It's now being called 'JOCO' - the Joy of Cancelled Outings, by Checkinstays.com.
The OnePoll survey involved 2,000 adults found 58 per cent have agreed to a social plan they went on to regret.
While a third of people made plans they knew would never actually happen.
Just over half of people said they're more likely to feel relief when events are cancelled now than ever before.

With almost one in 10 calling time on plans as regularly as once a week, according to swns digital.
Are we getting away with cancelling plans though?
The survey showed that 82 per cent have been known to withdraw scheduled events last minute.
While 53 per cent having lied about their reasons for the bail out.
And a further 38 per cent have an average of three friends that always seem to pull out of plans last minute.
