And it all goes downhill after that apparently...
Over 2,000 people were polled, and the consensus was that you sleep better when you're young.
That's not to say 25+ isn't young... but unfortunately, our sleep quality seems to dip from then.
37 per cent of those polled had the worst sleep of their life between the ages of 25 to 54, according to swns digital.

Only four per cent said they got a good night’s rest when aged 45 to 54.
But that figure dropped to three per cent for those aged 55 and over.
While 84 per cent describe sleep as ‘very important’, while 54 per cent believe they need less of it as they get older.
Just 24 per cent of people reckon their sleep actually improved as they got older.
The research commissioned by health and wellness company, dōTERRA, also found 55 per cent of the nation ‘rarely’ or ‘never’ get enough sleep.
Only 14 per cent think they get the recommended eight hours’ of sleep a night.
Almost a third get seven hours’, a quarter get six hours of sleep and 24 per cent get by on five hours or less.
And the main things that keep us tossing and turning are family worries, work stresses and room temperature – whether it's too hot or too cold.
