A newspaper column by Jeremy Clarkson, in which he said he "hated" the Duchess of Sussex, has become the British press regulator's most complained about article.
Oh dear. I’ve rather put my foot in it. In a column I wrote about Meghan, I made a clumsy reference to a scene in Game of Thrones and this has gone down badly with a great many people. I’m horrified to have caused so much hurt and I shall be more careful in future.

The Independent Press Standards Organisation in the UK has received more than 17,500 objections.
Earlier, a group of 60 MPs wrote to the editor of The Sun, to condemn what the journalist and TV presenter had written.
Following grotesque comments made about the First Minster and The Duchess of Sussex, I do not believe Jeremy Clarkson should be allowed back on our screens. I've written to the Chief Executive of @ITV. pic.twitter.com/oUnc3OvhKQ

In a piece for The Sun newspaper, the broadcaster wrote that he hated the Duchess and he wanted to "throw lumps of excrement" at her.
Since it's publication, stars including John Bishop Dom Joly have cristicised Jeremy's actions labelling them "vile and disgusting".
Literally gobsmacked at the utterly vile and disgusting comments written about Meghan Markle by Jeremy Clarkson in the Sun. What an utter piece of trash he is…what is it with these type of men that triggers them so? pic.twitter.com/iLpzIilTlm
