Need some help applying?

Previous contestants have taken to their social media to give you some tips.

2021 Contestant Liberty Poole told followers who were thinking of applying to just “be themselves”.

She took to her Instagram stories to say:

“Hi guys. I’ve had quite a few messages in DM(s) asking me about my audition tape for Love Island and stuff now applications are back open, so I thought I’d just jump on here and help everyone out.”

“To be fair, I mean, I think just be yourself,” she continued.

“I’m an absolute nutter and they liked it. Also, think outside the box. For me, I did a Periometer because I still worked at Nandos so it still showed who I was but in a different way. Just have fun with it. Don’t be too serious.”

Liberty went on: “I was glamour queen by night, marketing student by day, and I just switched out of it. I was just myself.

“I think the key thing is to be yourself and have fun with it. That’s my advice.”

Other previous contestants have uploaded their audition tapes to their pages. Here's Laura Anderson's who made an appearance in season 4 of the show:

Amy Hart - who famously got her heart broken by Curtis Pritchard on the show in 2019 - also shared her audition tape:
