Appropriate or a bit much?

A mother's been speaking out after bosses at her son's school told her she couldn't attend a meeting there because of her outfit.
Local news outlet El Tiempo reports that Isabelle, 34, was told her cleavage was inappropriate and that she couldn't attend the meeting.
She was wearing a top with quite a low neckline and ripped skinny jeans.
She had gone to the school along with her husband to hear about the schools Covid-19 policy when the incident happened.
Reacting, Isabelle told El Tiempo:
"I left home and looking at myself in the mirror thought I was well-dressed."
"I was wearing jeans and a blouse which is quite low-cut but far from vulgar."
She alleges one staff member said: “You can't come like that. When you come to the school, you can't come dressed like that. Read the rule book."
Isabelle has said their reaction was extreme.
