Well it turns out there could be a very specific reason why your pooch is buzzing to go walkies with you.
Animal communicator Nikki Vasconez says that the main reason dogs love going for walks is so they can sniff things and so, it's a major no-no if you stop your pet from doing just that.
She shared the tip on TikTok explaining that;
"When I talk to your pet during my animal communication sessions one of the questions I always ask them is how is your exercise, are you getting enough physical activity."

"When you take your dog for a walk and they start sniffing let them sniff.
"Think about it, the joy of going for a walk is to smell things.
"I have to catch myself sometimes too, but let your dog sniff."
