He'll be seen later this month alongside other new readers like Rag'n'Bone Man and Felicity Jones.
Regé, who plays the Duke of Hastings in the hit Netflix series, will sit down to read Rain Before Rainbows by Smriti Halls and David Litchfield.
It's a book about a girl and her companion fox. They travel together through uncertain times, towards the hope of colour, light and life.
Regé will read the story at 6.50pm on Mother's Day.
It's also been announced that Tom Hardy, who's been on the programme before, will also return to do a new book.
He'll be reading Somebody Swallowed Stanley by Sarah Roberts and Hannah Peck.
