67% of people admit to judging other shoppers by what's in their trolley

If you've ever felt like you're being watched while doing the weekly grocery shop, you might not be too far wrong.

67% of people admit to judging fellow shoppers by what's in their trolley, while 72% are worried about being judged themselves.

The survey of 2000 people Conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Depend, also found that a fear of being judged would lead 89% of people to spend more money to purchase items online rather than in person.

SWNS report more than half (56%) have avoided purchasing personal care products out of fear of being judged, with 75% saying they’re so worried about being judged by a cashier that they’ll grab random items to throw them off.
