Get cuddled up!

Most of us like our comfort and space when it comes to going to bed.

However, you'd be mad not to also like a bit of cuddle and sharing a bed with the right person.

And it turns out there are more benefits than you'd think to sharing a bed with another person.

Research has found adults sleep better when they share a bed with someone else.

A University of Arizona study discovered that sleepers had less of a risk of insomnia and fatigue when beside a partner.

Those sleeping alone take longer to nod off and wake up less satisfied, according to the research.

Sleeping alone is associated with higher depression scores, lower social support, and worse life and relationship satisfaction.

However, sleeping with children is associated with more stress and a greater risk of sleep apnea.
