Do you like to sleep au naturel?
With temperatures reaching the mid 20s last week, more people say they're tossing and turning at night.
With warm and muggy weather, it's hard to maintain perfect sleeping conditions that'll give you a restful night's sleep.
Making sure your bedroom is cool is key according to Sleep Technologist Deirdre McSwiney.
You can do this by keeping the curtains closed to block out the warm sun during the day time, leaving a window open and even using very light sheets in bed.
She also recommends skipping alcohol and avoiding eating late to get a good night's sleep during the hot weather.
But what you wear to bed can be just as important, with McSwiney also recommending forgetting about sheets altogether if it'll keep you more comfortable.
For pyjamas, light and breathable cotton is best and, if appropriate - she recommends wearing nothing at all!
