There's something about calling a stranger that is just so stressful.

Running late, doing job interviews and making phone calls to strangers are just some of the things named in the top 30 stressful experiences according to a new survey.
A study of 2,000 adults found deadlines for work, bumping into an ex-partner and forgetting something important are other things which cause unnecessary distress.
The research was commisioned by Advanced Nutrition Programme, and head of nutrition Lorraine Perretta said:
"We have seen a rapid rise of ‘micro-stressors’ in the recent years and one thing is very clear – these have an impact on us both externally and internally."
She got that right!
Of course money, health and family problems top the list as the most stressful situations in life, but smaller niggles are are quite a cause for concern.
Having to give a presentation at work makes it on to the list, as does dating, and liking a photo from ages ago on someone's social media profile!
