We all have that one movie/show that brings a smile to our face.

You know when you're just having a bad day, or a day week, and you just need to wrap up and put your cares aside?

Once you finally get in the door after that tough time, you'll likely grab your favourite food and switch on the telly.

What's your go-to though?

Are you getting stuck into the current series you're watching, a random game show, or do you have that one thing you always stick on?

Apparently, the majority of us dive straight back into our all-time favourite comfort show/movie.

And a lot of us have done this 18 times on average.

That means whether you're a Harry Potter fanatic, you love FRIENDS or you wanna laugh at The Simpsons, it's likely you've seen that stuff almost 20 times.

But we'd wager a guess some people have watched their fave thing a LOT more than that.

The study was conducted by OnePoll on behalf of the streaming service Philo, according to studyfinds.org.

And of the 2,000 adults polled, it revealed that 55 percent watch TV as a "self-soothing technique for relieving anxiety or stress."

And that’s actually more than the number of respondents who relax by taking a bath, at 42%, or by doing yoga, at 33%.
