A study has found the the best and worst cars that you can show off on your dating app profile.

Researchers analysed 200,000 swipes from an array of apps, and found that certain cars boost both guys and girls’ profiles.

Tesla's Model S was dubbed the 'sexiest' car you can have on your dating profile.

It also found that eco-friendly cars make men 113% more likely to get a match.

They also helped women get a match with an overall match rate of 56%.

According to Unilad, once someone had a Tesla  on their profile they had a 62% success rate.

Meanwhile, if you’re an MG or SEAT drivers were the lowest of the list.

The study conducted by money.co.uk tested over 70 models of vehicles from 30 car brands to see which one came out on top.

It also compared those to  people who didn’t have a car featured on the app.

The SEAT Ateca appeared to be the most offensive, with people who had the car on their profile receiving a soul-destroying match rate of just 2% match rate.

This was 77% lower than profiles without a car in them.

Other cars that featured high on the list were Aston Martin, Porsche, Land Rover and Audi.
