Fancy taking part in a totally unique run for an amazing cause?

Registrations are now open for the Wings for Life World Run, where runners of all abilities and wheelchair users set off virtually with thousands of other people across the world at the exact same time.

How does it work?

30 minutes after the start, the 'Catcher Car' sets off, gradually getting faster and passing participants. Once you get passed, you've successfully completely the run.

Sound like fun? This years event takes place as an app run on Sunday 9th of May and raises funds for the not-for-profit spinal cord research foundation.

You're running for those who can't.

You can register for the run either via the app itself or WingsForLifeWorldRun.com and 100% of your €20 entry fee goes straight to spinal cord research.

Since 2014, 700,000 people from 195 nations have run, walked or rolled 7 million kilometers, raising €30 million for the Wings for Life foundation.
