46 percent of people working from home are experiencing back or neck pains, according to a new survey
The Chiropractix Your Spine Matters study found that most people working from home are using ordinary household furniture.
While only 4 percent have had office furniture organised by their employer.
The study found that 40 percent use exercise to relieve pain, while 34 percent would value regular chiropractic sessions, and 26 percent would be in favour of advice on the correct posture while working.
