The final lifting of Covid-19 restrictions is due to happen next Friday 22nd October.
That's when it's expected nightclubs and late bars will re-open and when we'll no longer need our covid certs.
But some doubt has been cast on those things happening.
It's due to a rise in case numbers and hospital numbers.
2,180 more people have tested positive for Covid-19 today.
It's the most new infections reported in one day since late January.
406 people are being treated in hospital for the virus, with 71 of them receiving intensive care.
Many restaurants around the country have said they're happy to continue asking customers for their Covid pass if it means they can trade normally.
Chief Executive of the Restaurants Association of Ireland, Adrian Cummins has said restaurants are "up for the challenge" to keep asking for covid passports.
But he added that they need to be let return to "normal trading hours, normal trading environment which would remove social distancing internally".
Meanwhile, Dr Ronan Glynn has said people should continue working from home through autumn and winter where possible.
