Donald Trump's appeared to concede the US election for the first time, while simultaneously denying it.
He's tweeted claiming Joe Biden "won" because it was "rigged".
The original tweet had been deleted and re-uploaded, after the media sources began reported the US President had made a sure indication of conceding.
