It's official! The two best carveries in Ireland have been crowned.
A few weeks ago, the Knorr Great Carvery of the Year competition, set out to crown the best pub and the best hotel carveries in the Country...
And the winners are...
Pub: The Silken Thomas, Kildare.
Hotel: The Castle Hotel, Macroom, Cork.
Both winning locations were up against some stiff competition, but they proved to be a cut above the rest!
Brian Flanagan, owner and general manager at The Silken Thomas, said he was incredibly happy and proud of the win:
“We endeavour to provide our customers with good quality food and welcoming atmosphere,” he told shelflife.ie.
“And the team goes above and beyond every day to ensure each customer leaves satisfied with both the food and their experience.”
