Ryanair's been criticised for apparently failing to deal with an alleged racist passenger.
The man was filmed verbally abusing an elderly black woman in the seat next to him.
It's believed to have taken place on a flight from Barcelona to London Stansted on Friday.
In the footage above, which was captured by another passenger, the man can be heard saying “don’t talk to me in a f*****g foreign language, you stupid, ugly cow.”
The man was allowed remain on the flight despite calls from other passengers to remove him.
In a statement, Ryanair says the alleged incident's been referred to police and they won't be commenting further.
