That's a lot of sitting on your arse!

The average person is now sitting down for more than 43 hours a week, that's 93 days a year.
To be fair you couldn't be blamed either, the pandemic has completely up-ended everything we know about how to live lives.
A new survey of 2,000 adults by Vodafone's found they spend six hours and 20 minutes seated every day, leaving over 20 percent with aches and pains.
Working from home has worsening the problem - most will go an hour and half without getting up to stretch their legs.
So remember, stand up, stretch it out, and get the blood pumping.
Oh and don't worry if you're a sloucher, because it's been determined that it's not actually that bad for you!
