The superstar will be in town to launch a new book on politics of memory in post-independence Ireland.
Acting in his role as Patron of the UNESCO Child and Family Research Centre, the Peaky Blinders actor will be at NUI Galway on Thursday, February 1st at 5:30pm.
Unfortunately the event is strictly invite only.
But who knows! He might just feel like a stroll down Shop Street while he's around.
