Forget Hollywood... Vlogging is where it's at, apparently.

What did you want to be when you were a just a pup?

The most common answers used to include Fireman...Policeman...Doctor, Nurse, Movie Star.

Well things have changed...and quite a lot too.

A recent survey of kids aged seven-eleven has found that working in social media or gaming are the among the most common career aspirations for youngsters in the 21st Century.

The survey, of around 13,000 UK primary school kids found that modern technology is more preferred over professions traditionally picked by children, such as a police officer or actor

The rise of vloggers (Video Bloggers) has been sharp in recent years, with some stars attracting Hundreds of Millions of views per video.

And quite understandably, kids are looking to emulate their YouTube and Social Media idols.

However, the survey did reveal that working in sport was the top aspiration, followed by education.

Around a fifth of kids surveyed (21%) wanted to be a sportsperson, followed by teacher (11%) and vet (7%). In fourth place was social media and gaming (6%).
