We all know someone who should avail of this service.
If there's anything we Irish love it's a good moan.
We complain about the terrible weather, whine about noisy eaters, mouth off about work...anything...everything.
Which is why maybe some of us should consider a move to Japan.
Why? Because a business there has launched a service that lets people rant to a complete stranger for just 8 euro an hour, or 1,000 Japanese Yen.
And they claim the service stops people from bitching to colleagues behind someone's back, or whining about your other half over a drink with your mates.
Takanobu Nishimoto started the online service called 'Ossan Rental' in Tokyo. Ossan means uncle.
Nishimoto told The Straits Times:
"Initially, I thought that young men seeking advice would make up most of the clientele, but it was women from their twenties to fifties."

The 50-year-old fashion consultant also offers career and love advice; he can act as someone's plus one at a concert, a boyfriend, or even help move furniture.
And his services are a hit, with his website receiving around 900 bookings a month.
One of the 'uncles' employed by Nishimoto spoke to the Japanese Times.
Hideki Nakahara said that he isn't a counsellor, but he is there to help people.
"A lot of people need advice on their lives, their careers or their relationships," he said.
To become an Ossan, applicants are back checked to ensure that they are not overly dramatic, which is a trait which many clients dislikes, and a compulsory criminal record check is required.
Sure, getting paid for listening to people moan may sound pretty easy, but I'm sure many of us might stumble a bit when it comes to giving advice.
And as for moving furniture?! Forget it.
