We all love pizza but our favourite fast food is causing harm Stateside.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has revealed that over 2,300 people were hospitalised in 2017 due to pizza related injuries.
These included burns from eating and cooking pizza and cuts from cutting pizza, but there were some really bizarre injuries too.
Falling due to pizza was a common reason people visited A&E - yes, falling.
Falling while carrying pizza, falling while in pizza restaurants, and falling out of bed while reaching for pizza.
We kid you not!
